Royal Mail Economy Delivery
*We cannot guarantee the price of £3.95 if the total order weight exceeds 2kg, or if the package is too delicate or large.
Royal Mail is our recommended choice for smaller orders, however, for larger, fragile or more expensive orders, we would always recommend you to use our courier service. Our courier service also gives you the advantage of a notification of when your order will arrive

Delivery Timescales
Here at Wessex Trophies we aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, however, there may be significant variation in timescales based on our stock levels and the complexity of your order. At checkout we give you the option to select the “required by” date and will let you know straight away if we cannot meet the timescales.
Should you require an order urgently, please contact us and we will do everything we can to get your gift over to you within your time frame. We may charge a small fee if the order is larger or particularly urgent; we may also charge an additional delivery fee should our courier struggle to fulfil the order – however, we try to be flexible and will not charge you unless it is necessary.
*During particularly busy seasons such as Christmas we may be unable to fast track your order.
International, Ireland & European Delivery
We are now able to send some small items including Medal Bars and Collarettes only to international addresses. Please contact us if you are outside Mainland United Kingdom and we can provide a quotation for the postage charge depending on what items you require.
